Ad Posting Charter

1. Purpose of the Charter

This charter aims to define the rules and best practices to follow when posting ads on the Mouldar platform, to ensure an optimal experience for all users.

2. Accepted Property Types

Mouldar allows the posting of ads for the following types of real estate:

• Apartments
• Houses
• Land
• Offices
• Shops
• Other properties for residential or professional use

3. General Posting Rules

• Information Authenticity: The information provided in the ad must be accurate, truthful, and regularly updated. Any misleading information is strictly prohibited.
• Property Description: The description must refer to a single property and include its main features such as surface area, number of rooms, location, etc.
• Appropriate Category: The ad must be posted in the category corresponding to the type of property being offered.
• Precise Location: Each ad must clearly indicate the city and, if possible, the neighborhood where the property is located.
• Ad Language: Ads must be written in French or Arabic. The use of other languages is prohibited.
• Prohibited Content: It is forbidden to publish ads of a political, sectarian, discriminatory, sexist nature, or that contain offensive language.

4. Images and Photographs

• Image Quality: Photos must be clear, of good quality, and accurately represent the property offered.
• Number of Photos: It is recommended to include several photos covering the different rooms and aspects of the property to give potential buyers a complete view.
• Originality: Images used must be owned by the advertiser or used with appropriate authorization. The use of unauthorized photos is prohibited.

5. Restrictions and Prohibitions

• Duplicate Ads: It is forbidden to post multiple ads for the same property.
• Limitations for Individuals: Individuals may have a maximum of 2 ads online simultaneously. Professionals may post more ads through a professional account.

6. Advertiser Responsibilities

• Ownership Rights: The advertiser must ensure they are authorized to publish the ad for the concerned property and have the necessary rights for all provided information and images.
• Legal Compliance: The advertiser is required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the publication of real estate ads.

7. Moderation and Sanctions

• Ad Verification: Mouldar reserves the right to verify, modify, or delete any ad that does not comply with this charter or the terms of use.
• Sanctions: In the event of rule violations, Mouldar may take actions such as suspending or deleting the advertiser's account without prior notice.

8. Modification of the Charter

Mouldar reserves the right to modify this charter at any time. Users will be informed of any changes through the platform or any other appropriate means.
