These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the conditions under which Mouldar's services are provided to users (real estate agencies, individuals, and real estate professionals).

1. Purpose

Mouldar is a platform that connects real estate agencies and individuals for the publication and management of real estate listings. Using our services implies full acceptance of these TCS.

2. Services Offered

Mouldar offers the following services:

• Creation and management of user accounts.
• Publication and promotion of real estate listings.
• Access to tools for managing and analyzing listings.
• Optional promotion and advertising services.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Registration on Mouldar can be free or paid depending on the selected plan.
• Agencies and professionals can subscribe to paid plans to access advanced features.
• Prices are displayed on the site and may be changed by Mouldar with prior notice.
• Service payments are made online via the payment methods accepted by Mouldar.

4. User Commitments

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Comply with applicable laws regarding the publication of real estate listings.
• Do not publish illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Do not use the platform for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

5. Responsibilities

• Mouldar acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings published by users.
• The user is solely responsible for the information they publish and any transactions conducted.
• Mouldar cannot be held liable for disputes between users or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Termination

• In accordance with applicable legislation, consumer users have a 14-day right of withdrawal for paid services subscribed online, except in cases of legal exceptions.
• Mouldar may terminate an account in the event of non-compliance with the TCS or fraudulent behavior.

7. Personal Data

User personal data is processed in accordance with the Mouldar Privacy Policy

8. Changes to the TCS

Mouldar reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time. Users will be informed of any changes by any appropriate means.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

These TCS are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of Mouldar's registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
