2. Access to Customer Service and Support
Mouldar's customer service and support are accessible to platform users through the following means:

The customer service hours are as follows: 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday
3. Use of the Service
By contacting Mouldar's customer service or support, the user agrees to:

- Respect the rules of courtesy and respect: any offensive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may lead to suspension or termination of access to the service.
